Overview

This resource provides the data and code necessary to reproduce the findings reported in the paper. It includes: the imaging feature data and spatial localization information for all plaques across different age groups; as well as the complete analysis code.

Data Access

Plaque Information Dataset

The data are stored in CSV format, with each table containing aggregated plaque data for one age group. Plaque information includes the corresponding dataset ID, spatial coordinates, imaging features, brain region registration details, basic morphological classification, and subtype assignments under each feature group.
